Improve customer loyalty

Have you tried rewarding your customers? Or you can just rely on reviews and improve your online store according to all the notes from customers.

I think something like personalized offers might help you increase your brand responsiveness. Also, you can consider offering your customers free product, and if your online store is built on Magento, then you can just get an extension to offer these products, and it definitely should improve customer loyalty to your e-commerce website.
