EPT Grand Final Super Highroller 2015 - Seidel gewinnt
Gestern fand endlich der erste Final Table des European Poker Tour Grand Final in Monte Carlo statt und die deutschen Pokerspieler konnten richtig gut absahnen. Und zwar waren es die Super Highroller mit einem Buyin von 100.000 Euro, welche um die mehr als zwei Millionen Euro für den Sieger spielten.
Die letzten neun Spieler im Super Highroller Event waren Erik Seidel, Scott Seiver, Vladimir Troyanovskiy, Dario Sammartino, Dzmitry Urbanovich und die vier Deutschen Fedor Holz, Thomas Mühlöcker, Max Altergott und Igor Kurganov.
Nachdem bereits zwei Spieler ausgeschieden waren, mussten der Reihe nach Holz, Mühlöcker und Kurganov ihre Plätze unfreiwillig räumen. In dieser Phase zerstörte der junge Pole Urbanovich, dessen Stern erst bei der letzten EPT aufgegangen war, regelrecht den Tisch und so war es kein Wunder, dass er gegen den Altmeister Seidel im Heads Up antrat. Dort hielt sein Lauf allerdings nicht stand und der "alte" Amerikaner konnte sich über einen Titel und über zwei Millionen Euro freuen.
