The question is basically: Do you have to pay tax of your poker winnings in Germany?



I am currently located in a country in Europe which tax me 50%+ of my poker winnings, and I want to move…is Germany an option?

No, I don't think germany will be an option.

Online poker is not 100% legal here!



I've heard that you don't have to pay any taxes on poker winnings in great britain (because its a game of luck) but I'm not sure about that, sorry.
